Seminole County Commissioner Lee Constantine will speak on Seminole County’s Strategies for Protecting Rural Areas. Before being elected to the Seminole County Commission in 2012, Commissioner Constantine served in the Florida Senate, the Florida House of Representatives, and the Altamonte Springs City Commission.
